In today¡¯s fast-paced world,who can still working in a industry for 30 years? As a winemaker,Zhao Yuling,quality director of Xinjiang Citic Guoan wine company made it and finally become China¡¯s first level female wine master.
In 1988,when it¡¯s just the grape harvest season,Zhao Yuling back to her hometown after graduation.Then she found a work in a local winery as a laboratory technician.Since then,she has been in the wine industry for at least 30 years.
In Citic Guoan,She learned many wine knowledge from work.Her wine making skills as well as Management ability were both improved.In July 2007,she was promoted to quality director until now.
During the early times in Citic Guoan,she was busy with her work in production lines and lab in the day and study hard at night.In 2003,she did 2 years of further study in Northwest A & F University.She remembered when she visited Romania in 2000,the head of Romania national wine institute once said,he had been in wine research and teaching for more than 30 years,but every year he had new problems and findings.So without knowledge accumulation and learning,you can¡¯t be a good winemaker.
She said,as a winemaker,you should know broad knowledge,not only the winemaking but viticulture,wine technique,storage management,wine tasting and team management.Besides,you should obey the law and professional ethics.
In spare time,Zhao Yuling like reading books and listening light music.She said,¡± As a winemaker,you should have a peaceful mind no matter in wine production and winery management. You can¡¯t seek quick success and instant benefits.¡±
In 2006,he was awarded China¡¯s excellent winemaker by wine branch of China Alcoholic Drinks Association and China Agricultural Society.And in August 2011,she passed the test and became national first level/senor wine taster and winemaker.
With her lead,Citic Guoan Niya dry reds and white wines have won many awards on wine competitions both at home and abroad.For everyone in the team,the honors is a kind of recognition also motivation that encourage them to make greater success.
She thinks that currently the wine industry is developing very fast,especially for wine Chateaux.There are more and more mature consumers that have developed taste for Chateau wines.On the other hand,there are more and more stylistic Chateaux.But she noted that while developing the chateaux,more attention should be paid to grape base construction and new grape varieties breeding.
