The First Grape Vine Spring Festival in Eastern Foot of Helan Mountain was held in Yinchuan on April,8th.
With combination of the characteristics of climate change,the festival inherits grape farming culture,which can help improve the vineyard management level in helan mountain region.It¡¯s a innovation of local wine cluture.
The launching ceremony was held in Chateau Changyu Moser XV,leaders of Ningxia autonomous region,owners of Ningxia wineries,wine growers as well as national and international wine experts participated in this event.
After the ceremony,guests visited Chateau Changyu Moser XV,Xixia King Yuquan International Wine Estate,and Ningxia Helan Shen International Wine Estate. They watched the whole digging process of grape vines also shared experience in grape planting, winemaking and sales.,etc.
Different kinds of vineyard mechanical equipments were highlights on this event.There are equipments for all the process of vineyard management, like pruning,spraying and bury.
Vineyard mechanization has been a hot topic in recent years,ningxia is going ahead of other China wine regions.
In the vineyard of Xixia King, the smoke generator for preventing frost draw everyone's attention.It¡¯s very important to prevent frost damage in Spring.
The standardized cultivation is also a hot topic.In Helan Shen International Wine Estate,president Chen Deqi showed their vineyard management.It¡¯s one of the top 10 vineyards in Ningxia.
