Huailai Amethyst Manor Wine Company started harvesting grapes from September 10th.
After Mid-Autumn Festival,Huailai Amethyst Manor Wine Company kicked off their harvesting.The first harvest began from Chardonnay grapes.Grapes sugar reached 228g/L,acidity level at 7.01g/L.
In early morning,wine growers got busy with their pickings.They did grape selection first in the vineyards ,then in winery.
