2014 Small and Medium-sized Wineries Development Forum was held in Binzhou Medical University,college of viticulture & Enology on Dec.7th.The forum was co-organized by Binzhou Medical University,college of viticulture&Enology and PUCUI-China Fine Wine Alliance.

Liu Shuqi,secretary of the party committee in Binzhou Medical University gave an lecture on small and medium-sized wineries development road.He noted that Chinese wineries should have four confidence in commercial activities, the industry,culture and talented persons. He also pointed out that on the road to future development, Chinese wineries should make wines with personality and build an impressive brand;The wines should be best value and win consumers;reduce the cost of sales and improve the mechanization management level.

On the forum,he also gave his new published book wine industry code to Pucui alliance members,and wish Pucui alliance can play greater role in Chinese wine industry.

Ma Peixuan,Professor of Binzhou Medical University,college of viticulture&Enology and ex vice director of China National Wine Quality Supervision and Inspection Center made speech on food safety responsibilities and introduced wine laws and regulations.

Liu Shisong, president of Binzhou Medical University,college of viticulture & Enology said in his speech that "To develope wine industry, wineries should focus on variety, quality, taste and brand and face the industry with sincerity, faith, and persistence."He wish both sides can have more cooperation in the future and together make more contributions to the development of Chinese wine industry.

After the forum,Pucui alliance members visited Changyu wine culture museum and exchanged opinions on wine tourism.
