The 26th Class of OIV MSc Started Wine Study in Yantai

On June 9th,the 26th Class of OIV MSc started their study in Yantai wine region.They visited Yantai Changyu Wine Culture Museum,Yuezhuang wine cellar and Yantai Best Wine Cellar.
They first visited Changyu Wine Culture Museum.With the interpreter,students visited the museum and tasted wines in its 100 -year -old underground cellar.Through this visit,the students knew about the history of Changyu company as well as Chinese mondern wine industry.
Then they visited Yuezhuang wine cellar,which located in Yantai Marina square.About Yuezhuang company¡¯s current development,market operation,imported wine sales on China market,Xiang Guangqing,the general manager answered their questions.
In the evening,Students guested in Yantai Best Wine Cellar.A grand food and wine banquet was waiting for them.After listening to the introduction of Yantai Best Wine Cellar-PUCUI China Fine Wine Alliance,the students heard a report gave by Zhang Jiayu,deputy director general of Yantai Grape and Wine Bureau on Yantai grape and wine industry.
Jim Sun,Chief editor of winechina.com guided the students tasted 14 Chinese wines,from regions or wineries they haven¡¯t visited during this China wine trip.
The banquet started with Chinese traditonal music Butterfly Lovers.The last Latin music pushed the event to Climax.The students got dancing! In Yantai,in yantai best wine cellar,the students spent a wonderful night!
