On June 10th,the 26th Class of OIV MSc ended their China wine study in Yantai after visting Changyu Chateau Castel,COFCO GreatWall Wine (Yantai) Company and COFCO Chateau Junding.
In Changyu Chateau Castel,the interpreter guided the students visited the winery.Manager Zhou Yuan and winemaker tasted wines with students in tasting room and answered their questions about product style,market positioning,Chateau management,etc.
And in COFCO GreatWall Wine (Yantai) Company,Zhong Weiming,the general manager and Chief engineer Li Zefu welcomed the group.The students have already visited COFCO GreatWall¡¯s Chateau Sungod and Chateau Yunmo a few days ago.They visted the winery and tasted wines there.
The last stop they came to Chateu Junding.Shao Xuedong,the Deputy General Manager introduced the chateau¡¯s development history,operation pattern,and Penglai region¡¯s special terroir.Then the students tasted their wines.
So far,the 26th Class of OIV MSc ended their two weeks study tour on Chinese wine industry.Next,they will travel to Korea and Japan for study.
