　　Job description 职位描述：

　　1.The daily management of inspection and management and wine brewing equipment, responsible for 2 of the wine shop

　　We are seeking harvest interns for the 2015 vintage.

　　三、我们正在寻找2016年度的实习生:

　　As part of our harvest team, our interns will work under the direction of the Viticulturist and the Winemaker. The Vineyard, cellar/production interns will be assisting with winemaking from harvest through fermentation/barreling down. This is a comprehensive internship with exposure to many aspects of winemaking and production, including but not limited to: vineyard sampling, grape reception and processing, indigenous fermentation management, equipment operation and sanitation. Candidates should be highly motivated, able to work long hours and have a serious interest in wine production. Previous harvest experience is a plus. This position will be open from April 1st through mid-December depending on growth and harvest conditions.

　　实习生作为我们收获团队的一部分，将直接在我们葡萄栽培师和酿酒师的指导下工作，实习生将协助葡萄栽培师和酿酒师完成收获、发酵、装瓶等流程，这是一个综合葡萄种植和酿酒多方面的实习，包括但不限于：葡萄园采样，葡萄的接收和处理，土著发酵管理，设备操作和卫生管理。应聘者应高度积极性，能长时间工作，对葡萄酒生产有浓厚兴趣。有收获经验者优先。这个职位将从四月一号到十二月中旬取决于生长期及收获的条件。
