Before 2015 Spring Festival,when Leirenshou's R Series wines arrived in our cellar,I was shocked! What a colorful collection,like seven color auspicious clouds came to us! And brought us joy for the upcoming year of goat.
Ningxia Chateau Leirenshou was located in Ningxia,which is well-known for Yanchi Tan sheep.While Shandong is famous for black goat.Then,I decided to make an innovation.I collected all Shandong specialties related with mutton to pair Leirenshou wines.To have mutton food in the year of goat,is it by chance or coincident?
