Moet Hennessy Shangri-La (Deqin) Winery Co., Ltd is LVMH group after four years of searching across China to find the ideal terroir to produce a red wine worthy of comparison with the world¡¯s greatest wines, the perfect site was found in the north of the Yunnan province. The region can produce red wine comparable to the world's most expensive wine. based French brewing techniques combined with Shangri-La, organic and artisanal brewing witnessed the birth of Ao Yun.
The Ao Yun terroir enjoys exceptional climatic conditions, with temperatures similar to those of Bordeaux. Ao Yun means ¡°flying above the clouds¡±, a reference to the clouds that cap the summits of the surrounding mountain chains. The secret of Ao Yun is the accuracy of manual work: there are around 120 families doing manual work, from sowing, sprouting, thinning, pruning, picking green to the final harvest, each process is meticulously completed by manual work. Ao Yun vineyards, located in the four villages of adong, xidang, sinong and shuori at the foot of the sacred Meili snow mountain, range from 2,200 to 2,600 meters above sea level.
Finance Assistant-Job Description
1. Manage Finance team in Shangri-La with respecting internal and Chinese Finance/Accounting rules
2. Reporting, Forecast and Internal Control
2.1 Grape supply, inventory management & costing, • Support and challenge the vineyards, winemaking and production team: challenge assumptions, provide adequate analysis, check data and ensure consistency of reported elements (Operations Pack)
2.2 Reporting & Controlling, • Ensure actual and forecast reporting in MH reporting systems, in coordination with the local accountant (monthly P&L, quarterly balance sheet, quarterly cash, Budget & reforecast)
2.3 Overheads analysis, • Ensure specific overheads reporting (quarterly analysis) in coordination with Human Resources
2.4 Performance analysis, timely and accurate reporting throughout the organization, • Monthly follow up of variances to budget of all operational departments¡¯ expense and capital investments.
• Communicate effectively with Local Managers and Group Supply/Production Controllers to ensure Group guidelines are well communicated and shared by all stakeholders.
2.5 Internal Control, • Define and implement internal control procedures, in coordination with Estates & Wines Internal Control coordinator (Standard Operating Policies)
Vineyard Manager- Job Description
-Working with and supervising vineyard crews year-round, with extra oversight of their work during times of pruning, canopy/crop adjustments, harvest, etc.;
-Effectively and efficiently utilizes data management systems and applies information to forecast, organize and monitor vineyard operations, budgets, labor, expenses.
-Trains personnel in the areas of scheduling, procedures, safety and regulations related to vineyard functions.
-Reviews all expenditures to insure that all operations are within budgetary parameters.
-Carrying out timely execution of irrigations and sprays;
-Recording and submitting time card data for all vineyard employees and contract crews;
-Keeping accurate records of vineyard operations and spray applications;
-Enforcing company HR policies and safety policies;
-Planning work activities for vineyard employees;
-Working extended hours, nights, and weekends as needed;
-Performing basic maintenance and repair of tractors, equipment, etc.;
-Taking ultimate responsibility for ensuring work is completed in a timely fashion
Assistant Viticulturist ¨C Job Description¡¡¡¡
Under the direction of the Vineyard Manager, supervises and coordinates all of the various farming activities for assigned vineyards.
-Assignments involve the execution of general vineyard management work requiring broad skills and knowledge in the areas of pruning, irrigation management, weed control, chemical applications, disease and pest control, cultivation and canopy management and harvest.
-Maintains close supervision of field crews, assuring proper procedures and quality of work.
-Monitors crops for insect & disease pressure; plans and implements fungicide, pesticide and irrigation programs; keeps accurate records of pesticide & chemical usage and inventories.
-Maintains accurate, timely records of daily event, equipment and work schedules.
-Assists in requisitioning, operating and maintaining all tools, equipment and vehicles.
-Takes on special projects as assigned by the Vineyard Manager.
-Other duties as assigned.

Education:
-Bachelor or Master of related major
Languages:
-English fluent, Chinese mandatory.
